Privacy policy
We don't collect your data. There's no account, no cloud, and no tracking — everything you record in Spent. stays on your device.
What Spent. collect
Nothing.
Spent. has no account and no sign-in. We don't run analytics, we don't show ads, and we don't include third-party trackers. Spent. has no server that receives your information, so there's nothing for us to see.
Where your information lives
Your accounts, transactions, receipts, and settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They never leave it unless you choose to export them. We can't read them.
The on-device AI
When you unlock On-Device AI, a language model runs entirely on your phone to read receipts and short notes and turn them into expense entries. The text and images you give it are processed on the device and are never uploaded. The feature works with no network connection.
Backups you make
If you export a backup, the file goes wherever you decide to keep it. We don't receive a copy. When you restore, Spent. reads only from a file you select.
Purchases
The one-time On-Device AI purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card or billing details.
Diagnostics
We don't operate our own crash or usage analytics. If you've allowed it in your device settings, Apple may collect diagnostic data and share anonymized reports with us so we can fix problems. You can turn that off in iOS Settings at any time.
Children
Spent. is suitable for a general audience and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
